To host an event at the Salt Cave in Albuquerque, there are several conditions to consider:

Booking Process: Contact the Salt Cave management to inquire about availability and booking procedures. Reservations must be made in advance to secure your desired date and time.

Capacity Limitations: The Salt Cave may restrict the number of attendees allowed for each event due to space limitations. Ensure your event size aligns with their capacity regulations.

Event Duration: Determine the duration of your event, including setup and cleanup times. Confirm with the Salt Cave staff regarding their policies on event duration.

Reservation and Payment Handling: The Salt Cave will handle event reservations and payments. Payments made by credit card may be subject to fees above and beyond the cost of the event. Clarifying these fees with Salt Cave management is essential to ensure transparency in financial transactions.

Refund Policy: In the event of a cancellation, guests are entitled to a refund if they provide 24-hour notice. This allows for proper coordination and ensures fairness to attendees. Refunds will be issued promptly upon receiving cancellation notifications within the stipulated timeframe.

Deposit Requirement: When booking the event, a deposit of $60 is expected. This deposit will be applied to Salt Cave's portion of the event's proceeds. However, it's important to note that failure to provide a 24-hour cancellation notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Rules and Regulations: Adhere to any rules and regulations set forth by the Salt Cave management regarding conduct, cleanliness, and safety during the event.

Promotion and Marketing: If desired, discuss options for promoting your event through Salt Cave's channels or collaborating on marketing efforts.

Preservation of Salt Cave Integrity: No rooms within the Salt Cave premises may be permanently altered during the event. It is essential to return the rooms to their original condition after the event to preserve the integrity and aesthetic appeal of the Salt Cave. Failure to adhere to this condition may result in additional charges or penalties imposed by the Salt Cave management. This ensures that future guests can continue to enjoy the unique ambiance and benefits of the Salt Cave experience.
