About the event

Led by experienced sound healers Siri Ajeet and Casey, this session combines the therapeutic benefits of sound vibrations with the rejuvenating properties of halotherapy in the tranquil setting of the salt cave.

Participants are invited to recline comfortably on yoga mats or salt chairs as Siri Ajeet and Casey begin to create a symphony of sound using various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes. These instruments produce harmonious vibrations that resonate throughout the salt cave, enveloping participants in a cocoon of sound.

As the sound waves wash over them, participants are encouraged to let go of tension and stress, allowing the vibrations to penetrate deep into their bodies, minds, and spirits. The soothing sounds help to induce a state of deep relaxation, calm the nervous system, and quiet the mind.

The presence of salt-infused air in the cave enhances the healing experience, as halotherapy supports respiratory health and promotes a sense of overall well-being. Participants may find themselves experiencing a sense of clarity, inner peace, and connection as they are bathed in the healing vibrations of the sound bath.

Throughout the session, Siri Ajeet and Casey offer gentle guidance and support, creating a safe and nurturing space for participants to release blockages, balance their energy, and restore harmony within themselves. By the end of the sound bath, participants emerge feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply renewed, ready to embrace life with clarity, vitality, and inner peace.
