The Salt Cave Policies
At The Salt Cave our guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your experience is enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies have been set to be fair and transparent, to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction.
Please consult with a physician should you have any medical or other conditions, or questions prior to having any of our treatments. While there are many clinical trials and scientific studies conducted on dry salt therapy (halotherapy) throughout the world, the FDA has not evaluated the statements made throughout this website. Dry Salt Therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session time. Late arrival into the Salt Cave or Salt Room will not be permitted. Throughout the duration of the salt sessions, no one is permitted to leave or enter the rooms because doing so ruins the session for everyone else in the cave due to loss of salt saturation.
You will be required to sign A consent form and waiver prior to participating in any treatments.
We ask that Your cell phone and other personal belongings be stored in our secure lockers prior to all sessions.
Please no food or drinks with the exception of water.
Should you have to cancel a pre booked session, we require a 12 hour notice. If you were to cancel your session within the 12 hour window, you will be subject to a $10 late cancellation fee.
